Greetings to those of you who live as citizens of New Celest. I am
Anarias Sa'Lumiere, Hierophant of the Hartstone of the Serenwilde
commune, the commune with which your city is now at war.

I write to you of New Celest to make a personal request which I hope you
will oblige. It is the same request I have made of those in the
Serenwilde. I request that every willing citizen of Celest send me a
message telling me what they personally think of this war. That is all.
A simple message to express to me what you think.

Perhaps if you find you find yourself willing to acquiesce to my request
you may also find it of some value to relay that same message to your
Council as well.
