Greetings,

The city of Magnagora will be auctioning off a shop to the public of the
Basin. The shop being auctioned off is The Witch's Brew, located south,
southeast and west of the Atropos Plaza, which is located a fair bit
east from the Megalith of Doom.

The auction will begin immediately this month, Avechary of year 155, and
will close at the end of this year. The person with the winning bid will
be announced to all participating in Estar, year 156.

All those who are not enemies of Magnagora are eligible to bid on the
shop over the next six months. The minimum bid will bet set at 200,000
gold sovereigns, and all bid increments must be at least 25,000 gold. In
order to bid, you must message me, Veonira, the amount you would like to
bid. Whenever a new bid is made I will message all who have already bid
to inform them of the new highest offer, so that they may increase their
own if they wish to.

At the end of the auction, the highest bidder will be given three months
to pay the full amount of the sale. If they are unable to pay, the
second highest bidder will be given the opportunity to purchase the shop
within three months.
