Dear, Basin

I am Diamonti. I am a rogue in the Basin. Which means I am not a part of
any city or commune. I hold a neutral status towards all organizations
within the Basin. I work hard to maintain this status and do not wish to
offend anyone.

I have a dream, that with your help is being realized. I want to create
a Aether News Broadcasting Network. The purpose of this network is to
report on events as they occur. To do this I have hired reporters from
the various organizations of the Basin. Now hold on..don't misunderstand
what I am doing. I am by no means creating a spy network of any kind.
This is a NEWS broadcasting network. I have made it clear to reporters
that they are not to take information from any other channels and not to
give any information of strategical value. I have also made it clear
that ANYTHING broacasted on this network must be from an unbias point of
view.

What I hope to accomplish is a fast means of delivering information. I
have notice that public news post are often bias and are few. On the
public newsboards it might take months for the news to be posted if it
gets posted at all. This network will keep people constantly updated and
will hopefully include special broadcast such as interviews.

Unfortunatly this cost alot of money to get started, 500000 gold to be
exact. So, I am currently requesting your donations. Also this network
will cost a small monthly fee of 100 gold once we start it up. But,
because I appreciate your donations and your service the first 7 months
