Greetings Fellow Lusternians,

Something similar has been written about these things prior to this, but
I am here not only to restate it, I am here to expand upon it.

The iridescent white cats in New Celest or near to the city are a part
of our city and are loyal to some of our denizens here. Should anyone be
found slaying our cats, by notification through deathsight as they are
unsuccessful, or what not, there will be repurcussions.

In short, slay our cats, denizens, or citizens, and you will find
yourself in deep water. Of which our Aquamancers will surely enjoy.
