I wish to inform the public that I will be handing over the clan of the
Eliz Tirita to Harpuia. I feel it is now the appropriate time, as the
clan has now flourished in members. Because the Tiritans are dedicated
to Hallifax, I feel it is suitable for a descendant of the city to lead
the clan. I shall continue to lead the Mirh Barosi as my loyalties
remain with Gaudiguch.
