About branding someone as an enemy/traitor

Addressed to: Everyone
Celest! My brothers and sisters,
First off all I'd like to thank all of you for a job well done on
everything you do for the greater good of the light no matter it be
big or small. And Tzekelkan, I look foreward in debating with you
in the Debating Tournament.
Now, I have read the city logs this month and it saddens me to see
that one of us has to leave because of the misunderstandings on who
is to be branded as an enemy and as a traitor.
To brand anyone as an enemy or as a traitor to us, we must first see
if anyone has broken one of our laws. Had they done so, we should ask
why
he/she does that. Remember, they are either new to the lands or do not
know about our laws, one like Thul, a Glomdorian who just entered our
city
to shop. Now wouldn't that be an advantage to the shop keeper now
wouldn't
it or to the city since they decided to buy our goods rather than where
they came from or from other places, hmm?
I'd like to suggest that those who are not yet enemied to the city be
given a warning first (except if they have broken one of our serious
laws
such as a raid in Celestia). If they don't reply, it's either they don't
know what to say for they are fearful that we'll hurt them, just plain
stubborn, or suffering from 'soul aeon'. If any of that happens, one
must
keep an eye of their actions to see if they'd do anything.
Once the foreinger is out, just tell us what he/she has done and it is
up to the council (or whoever is really in charge of that job) to decide
what they'll do to them.
Remember just because they're tainted or 'tree huggers' doesn't mean
they are all to be treated with disrespect (except for the likes of
Daevos
and Co.). Well that settles it, good day to you all.
