Greetings Basin,

I wanted to notify everyone of a special deal I'm having with my
cartels. For the next three months, anyone who joins one of my cartels
will not have to pay dues for a total of five years. Now, although the
dues are only 100 gold a year, perhaps this will be an extra incentive
to join.

My cartels have some great minds in them, but I'd like additional
people. I accept designs from everyone, as long as they are quality, and
if any one feels one cartel may lack in designs, by all means, join and
submit!

There are currently seven cartels to join: one for each tradeskill, and
then the Merchant's Guild, which is for transcendent merchants, and is
also technically a forging cartel. Read CLANHELP masters for more
information on each of the cartels. I will quickly respond to any
questions anyone might have.

To join, simply find someone of the third rank within the cartel,
meaning, that they also belong to the Merchant's Guild. Myself, or any
of them, may induct newcomers.
