The city of Magnagora will be auctioning off a shop to the public. The
shop being auctioned is Banes Forge and Goods, located north, northeast,
northeast, northeast, northwest and then northwest from the Megalith of
Doom.

All non-enemies are eligible to privately bid on the store for the next
six months. The auction will begin immediately, in Klangiary, 138 CE,
and will end the 25th of Kiani, 139 CE. The minimum bid is set at
150,000 gold sovereigns, and bids must be made in messages to me,
Hallen. All offers must be made as single bids, but you can increase
your bid at any time.

At the end of the auction, the highest bidder will be given three months
to pay the full amount of the sale. If they are unable to pay, the
second highest bidder will be given the opportunity to purchase the shop
within three months. If the two highest bidders have matching bids, they
will be notified and offered the chance to bid a higher amount.
