It is well known throughout the Basin that my manse is linked to every
city and commune. It is also a place where any one of any affliation,
race, tastes or flavour may conduct a trade of goods and services
without the concern of being attacked in any manner.

Lately, however, this sanctuary of peace has been desecrated several
times. Harm my customers, or my manse, and you will find the doors of
my manse closed to you forever.
