Tidings,

Months ago, when Gregori approached me about the Astral Plane and his
plan for rejuvenating it, the Shadow Court turned it down. Nonetheless,
it is my understanding that this horrific, ill-begotten Plane returned
to marginal levels of power, whether international cooperation had a
hand or not.

Just recently, as if in acknowledgement of our decision to abandon the
Astral Plane, the membrane, as it is being called, ruptured. All those
that wander the Plane are driven mad by its sheer callous, unnatural
hideousness. These people do not need, nor deserve healing or asylum.
They have damned themselves, and deserve nothing more than our pity.
