Announcing the Goldleaf Cartel's first public lottery!

This is open to the entire Basin, regardless of your homes. Tickets will
be selling for one year from today (so until Dioni, 134) for 250 gold
each, or five tickets for 1,000. There will be a first, second and third
prize, as follows:

First prize - a fully enchanted cube OR a crown filled with the
enchantment of the winner's choice and 10 credits

Second prize - a custom jewellery design, restricted to the winner OR a
wand filled with the enchantment of the winner's choice
and 5 credits

Third prize - an heirloom (usually a circlet, brooch or armband) filled
with the winner's choice of enchantment

If you wish to purchase a ticket, you can either catch me in person or
else mail me a letter with the gold and the number of tickets you wish
to purchase.
