Salutations inhabitants of the Basin,

After many years of contemplating, I have finally decided to purchase a
new clan for the Hallifax expedition. The name of the clan is Eliz
Tirita, which means cloud friend in Lucidian. The structure of the clan
will mirror the successful organizational structure of the Mirh Barosi.

I have personally chosen not be involved or participate in this clan.
Instead my intentions are to provide an active clan for those seeking to
returning Hallifax, as well as provide a community where members can
explore the culture of ancient Hallifax. Thillieir will be leading the
clan and will deal will all matters of the clan.

The gods have been kind enough to point out that because Gaudiguch and
Hallifax share the same fate, both expeditions must put aside past
differences and coordinate our efforts.
