To all that would read this,

My name is Nikua Gladheon, newly elected Marshall of Serenwilde. Be it
known that since we all left the portal of fates that hostilities
between the commune of Serenwilde and the city of Magnagora were high.
Since then the aggressions have gone down somewhat, but since the
beginning I have sworn to protect Serenwilde and her inhabitants.

Just recently, a treaty was agreed upon by a few representatives from
Magnagora and a few representatives from Serenwilde. The treaty stated
things that would be expected to be brought up...that both parties would
respect the soil of the other parties land. To not slay the inhabitants
of our respected planes.

The treaty that was agreed upon before has no holding any longer! It was
decided and made when the commune of Serenwilde did not have a Marshall
to lead and make the final decision. As Marshall my decision is as
follows, rubbish. Serenwilde does not make deals or treaties with you,
Magnagora. Neither will it make treaties with the city of New Celest.
Our opinions towards your civilizations should be apparent by now.

We do not claim any hostilities towards any of your cities, and if you
wish to follow the treaty that was set down, good on you there were only
things named that would already be expected upon you. The forests have
spoken.

Also the commune of Serenwilde would like to give its formal appologies
to the village of Rockholm, and Thoril Falgirn. May you someday forgive
us for our actions.'
