More on the Arbiters

I am afraid that my first announcement on the subject of the Arbiters
may have come off as slightly more aggressive than was necessary, and
this was in fact a bad reflection of the intentions of the Clan.
First, by no means are Arbiters forced to attack anyone, and may place
organizational ties from city, commune or guild before the particular
clan. We are not advocating violence between allies and brothers in
arms.
Second, fighting and violent enforcement are not the only aims of the
Arbiters. We are encourage frequent Astral hunters to join, so as to
avoid any confusion, and provide a separate voice. Also, we are here to
educate those who may be unaware of the Astral Plane or Her boons and
inherent curses.
Third, the effort is truly multilateral. Due to the depraved,
warmongering actions of a select few, our membership from the Glomdoring
Commune and City of Magnagora have dropped back to zero, as these people
are uncomfortable with their presence among us. To this, I must simply
say to stand up for what you believe is right. The actions of a few will
have little effect upon the will of the majority when all comes to pass.
In order for multilateral agreement to be reached, in order for anything
to be accomplished, we must for a set period of time forget the
conflicts that might keep us apart.
I realize much of this will strike an empty note, and I fear that few
people outside of the Serenwilde or City of New Celest will answer my
calls, but I have hope in the fact that people can truly grasp what is
being attempted by the Arbiters and can accept this.
