The Nihilists Guild has instituted a new enemy policy that is effective
immediately. Henceforth, anyone who slays a demon will be subject to
enemy status in the Nihilists, and will face a fine dependant upon the
type and number of demons slain in order to make reparations for their
offenses. If you are curious as to your fine, simply contact any
Nihilist, who will be able to inform you.

We will keep a close eye on those who are enemies to the Nihilists
Guild, and treat you as enemies to the Demon Lords of Nil. In
particular, those such as Ekard and Narsrim who have made a habit of
attacking Nil will be watched very closely indeed. Any enemy of the
Nihilists Guild is denied entrance to the Cosmic Plane of Nil, and if
found there will be immediately, and without warning, slain before they
can further befoul Nil with their presence.

The fines are as follows:
\__ Imp: 2,000 per Imp
\__ Fiend: 3,000 per Fiend
\__ Demon: 4,000 per Demon
\__ Archdemon: 5,000 per Archdemon
\__ Demon Lord: 50,000 per Demon Lord
