While Mother Night and Mother Moon both desire my allegiance, I will
continue to favor which one brings to me my Sceptre. Let it be known,
however, that the sceptre will not hold for longer than two consecutive
terms under either Night or Moon. If Faethorn is under the sway after
two consecutive terms, the sceptre shall break and I will claim my
neutrality once more.

Further, let it be known that the forests of Faethorn will herewith be
my personal sylvan forests. The nature of these forests cannot be
changed by the abomination magics of those called mages. For those
druids who wish to meld my sylvan forests, you will all be treated
equally and thus must make the sylvan forests sympathetic to the forests
you oversee.
