Tidings,

It has come to our attention that there has been some misinterpretation
of the treaty that is being voted on in the Serenwilde. In order to
maximize the level of understanding and clarity in this matter, the
Glomdoring has posted an identical copy of the treaty delivered to the
Moonhart Circle in the latter part of this post. I urge any hesitant
voters, or any curious individuals at all to speak to either Nayl or
myself regarding the terms of this treaty.

The Glomdoring awaits an answer to our proposal by the 14th of
Klangiary.

Signed,

--
This is a formal offer of cease-fire between the Communes of Serenwilde
and Glomdoring, and will come into effect by ratification of it, and any
alterations, by both the Shadow Court of Glomdoring and the Moonhart
Circle of Serenwilde, and their respective Seneschals. The agreement is
subject to the following clauses:

1) The definition of 'cease-fire' is the complete cessation of
hostilities between the members of the Serenwilde and Glomdoring
Communes, inclusive of those denziens of the Communes and villages
currently under the influence of those organisations, and those denizens
loyal to the Communes and the Guilds residing in the Communes, in such
territories as are outlined below.

2) The territories covered by this cease-fire will be the entirety of
the Ethereal and Prime planes, and all denizens loyal to the Serenwilde
or the Glomdoring or their respective guilds, with the exception of:

i) villages open to influencing, with the exception of the village
specified in the third clause,

ii) actions directly responding to the hostile acts committed by those
breaking this cease-fire.

3) The Serenwilde Commune and its members will not influence within the
village of Acknor, or become involved in hostilities within that village
while it is not loyal to any organisation. This clause does not prohibit
the activities of Serenwilde within that village should it be under the
protection of any organisation other than Glomdoring or the Serenwilde.

4) The Glomdoring Commune will immediately cease hostilities against the
denizens of the Faethorn, and cease the process of binding them to the
loyalty of Night.

5) Access through the Faethorn will be free to both parties, without
restriction.

6) Should this agreement be breached by an individual, that individual
must be punished, on the first offence with the disfavour of his or her
Seneschal, and compensation of five thousand (5,000) gold sovereigns. On
second offence, the offender shall be ostracized from his Commune and
cast out of his or her guild, and subsequently enemied to both the
Serenwilde and Glomdoring. Failure to do so within a reasonable period
will result in this cease-fire being made null and void.

7) Following a reasonable period of the conditions of this cease-fire
being met, both organizations will undertake to re-assess the enemy
status of the members of the other.
