I come before you as a man in love, I want to publically notify everyone
that I am now engaged to Ialie

While I can't make it official due to my bloodbond, I will be making it
official as soon as I am able. Furthermore, I humbly request that nobody
take any action against Ialie for this, and my actions are my own and
don't involve her in anyway.

I'd also ask that nobody spoil our love that we have together, or try
any form of persuasion to break us up, as this will not only fall on
deaf ears, but it will greatly upset us both.
