This is a message to the Communes of the Basin, if you are from a City,

There are two communes in the Basin now, both desires to Worship the
Great Spirits. There are also two Cities in the basin now, and they do
not understand what it means to worship the spirits, they have no
understanding and no Wisdom.

Since those from the Communes, are imbued with the Spirits that bring
wisdom and understanding, bring Strength and bring Beauty, I bring you
this message.

Glomdoring made this offer in private, Gregori sent us home. And so we
make this offer in public. We have neither need nor desire to fight a
Sister Commune, We withdraw from Ethereal, do not continue this
