Greetings Basin,

I've revived the once-dead Black Anvil forging cartel, once run by my
comrade Riyo. We're accepting blacksmiths of all backgrounds to join us
in this great oppurtunity. You will have access to our private designs,
and there are meager clan dues at the moment. Remember, the Black Anvil
only accepts those of great talent and character.

In regards to the merchant's guild, I need to fill a few positions, as
some members are inactive. We're not looking for anymore smiths or
enchanters, but nearly everything else will be considered. You must have
mastered your craft completely to join.
