Dearest Inhabitants of the Basin. I come before you in the Pride of my
People, to speak out for Them. This is no desperate plea, nor arrogant
discourse, for we have had our shares of those in the past. I rather
wish to make known a progressing sentiment within the Taurian People.
The centuries have scattered Us, and endless infighting and foul
treachery have worn thin the bonds We once knew. Nonetheless, we have
stood, many a time, through those struggles which would have doomed
lesser races.

It is now, at long last, the moment to Unite under a common pledge of
brotherhood.

The Herd shall be reformed, and all Taurians, or others who wish to
learn of Us and Our history are welcome. In the mean time, Our resources
are low and we must move to gather what we can. Anyone able to provide
loans, donations or aid of any sort will be held in great esteem for
their generosity. If you find yourself so interested, I encourage you to
contact me.

In good time, expect great festivities and events to be occur with the
Assembly of Our Great Herd. The moment approaches my Brethren...
