The great city of Magnagora will be auctioning off a shop to the public
of the Basin. The shop being auctioned off is Cacophonic Wares, located
southwest and north of the Wailing Woman Inn.

All those who are not enemied to Magnagora are eligible to privately bid
on the shop over the next six months. The auction will begin
immediately, in Urlachmar, year 114, and will end in on the 25th of
Tzarin, year 114. The minimum bid will bet set at 150,000 gold
sovereigns. All messages containing bids should be sent to myself,
Veonira. All offers should be made as single bids, but you are welcome
to change your bid at any time through the auction.

At the end of the auction, the highest bidder will be given three months
to pay the full amount of the sale. If they are unable to pay, the
second highest bidder will be given the opportunity to purchase the shop
within three months. If the two highest bidders have matching bids, they
will be notified and offered the chance to bid a higher amount.
