Pursuant to investigation of the forests reaction towards liches, we
have found no further examples of the forest spirits feeling threatened.
We are aware there are darker spirits in the forest and it is possible
that judgements were misled, however with a deeper look into the
accuracy or foundation of this isolated incident we do not feel at this
time that the law is warranted to remain standing.

As such the law will be repealed and any status gained from the law
previously will be rectified.
