As of this post the Serenwilde has passed a policy on the use of spores.

1) Any non-Seren found to be using spores without prior permission of
the Moondancer guild for having them will be enemied for a period of no
less than 5 years.
2) Any non-Seren found to be using spores without the prior permission
of the Moondancer guild for having them will be fined a sum of no less
than 10,000 gold.


As of this post a policy concerning outsiders bringing their conflicts
within the lands of the Seren has been made.

1) Anybody using the Serenwilde as a place to hide from aggressors will
be fined a sum of no less than 10,000 gold.
2) Anybody hunting someone within the Serenwilde and bringing their
fight within our lands will be fined a sum of no less than 10,000 gold.

If your prey runs into the Serenwilde to seek refuge, notify the Seren
and we will deal with the matter. Do not bring your aggression within
our lands.
