I am inducting any and all members of the Basin who are willing to help
the scholars of the Mesa Compound in their task of finding the Hand,
building a receptacle for it, and drawing the node of Hallifax toward
us.

You are not required to cast off your loyalties, and you are not
required to even pretend to be loyal to Hallifax or its ideals. You are
required to be sane, mature, and willing to help. While the clan status
will be private, no conversation or member list is deemed secret, and
spies will gain nothing, nor will they be punished. Members will only be
ousted from the clan for failure to aid the Mesa.

The Seekers of the Matrix are at peace with the Guardians of the Eternal
Flame, and no members are to attack the nomad camp or Guardians without
provocation.
