Hallifaxian Trade Ban

Greetings Citizens and Non-Citizens,
This is a notice to inform you that Peace Article II.xi Trade Ban has
been repealed. Citizens of Hallifax may now legally trade goods with
Gaudiguchan Citizens and enemies of Hallifax.
