This treaty was broken by your citizens.

The Empire of Magnagora subsequently slew every denizen of Southgard and
Delport before proceeding onward to New Celest, where we killed three or
four citizens and slew Meleris, Keeper of the Pool of Stars. The price
for this last act was great, but I was greeted by the perfect statement
upon my return to life, one that so many citizens agreed with
wholeheartedly.

Death means nothing, for it is naught but a further Transformation of
the Body, Mind, and Soul. Those who seek to harm the Empire will be
ground mercilessly into the dirts like the worms they are.

Perhaps next month we will return for your Keeper. I hear he has 7 lives
before he truly "dies". This is a theory I am eager to put to the test
if needbe.
