Change is an inevitable part of life, and as time progresses all mortals
must change or be forgotten. As such, this post is to announce a few
policy changes regarding the eligibility of Lusternians for membership
within the Disciples.

1) You may now retain citizenship in a city/commune, although doing such
will render you ineligible for an initial leadership position when the
time comes.
2) You may now retain membership in a guild, under the same constraint
as the first amendment.
3) No novices are eligible.

With these changes, the clan has been changed to private, and any member
may choose not to disclose their membership at their discretion.
