There have been two new city scrolls added - CHELP UNDEATH and CHELP
ARCHLICHES. The titles are quite self-explanatory thus I shall but
mention that the initial suggestion to add the first has been brought to
Iron Council's attention by Kalas Iytha and then supported by Amatsemaru
Mes'ard, both of whom submitted drafts of the scroll. The final scroll
has been put together by Sohei Revan n'Kylbar and the latter by myself.

All those who have mastered Necromancy and so can bestow the Seed are
now eligible to draw fifteen links more per weave, an amount which can
be adjusted if necessary. Details on how to be added to the scroll can
be found under CHELP ARCHLICHES and I encourage you to arrange for such.
I have added only those off the top of my head for now.
