To Lord Nikua, Queen Maeve, the Faethorn Realm and the entire Serenwilde
Commune.

I wish to express once more my deepest, most sincere apologies for the
events which occured between the group of New Celest's citizens, of
which I was a part, and the Fae of Queen Maeve's Faethorn Realm. Though
it has been my belief for some time, as I have expressed both to those
of the Serenwilde and Faethorn as well as to my own citizens, that mere
words are never enough to heal the sort of deep wounds which my
irresponsible actions have inflicted, I hope that they may stand, if
nothing else, as a base from which to rebuild our relations.

Though it saddens me to hear that, at this time, the Commune seems
averse to New Celest's proposal for an Ethereal Beacon, I am confident
that in time we will be able to find a means of reparation which all
parties involved will find sufficient and appropriate. Until that time,
I hope to continue working in good faith with the leaders of the
Serenwilde Commune as has been the encouraging case for some time now. I
hope that our continued talks can bring about a better standing between
New Celest and the Serenwilde Commune.


Further, I wish to offer my apologies to my citizens, whom have suffered
unnecessarily due to my actions. It is with high hopes for our future
that I hope we can move forward, and I hope all of you come to me with
any concerns you have either for the direction of our city or for any
other matters that may trouble you.
