Commander's request

Greetings, ur'Guard. My name is Vena Feyranti, and I'm a Tactician in
the ur'Guard. I certainly enjoy being a part of the guild, and I hope I
will continue to enjoy it. However, it's certainly not as good as it can
be. I've noticed some members being rude and ignorant, and nobody doing
anything about it. How are we supposed to this formidable force if some
of us think they are above us all and can strut around as though nothing
concerns them? Are the elders of the guild supposed to scare away those
who does not possess the same amount of experience or wisdom as them,
only because they have been there longer and thus grants them that
right? In my opinion nothing gives them the right to drive the
younglings away. The young ones are the lifeblood of this guild, without
them we are, as Shaddus put it, "a dying breed." Are you willing to let
the guild slowly bleed to death so you can satisfy your own selfish
desires? If you believe that is your right, can you truly consider
yourself an ur'Guard? In my opinion, you can't. But if we truly could
function as one, who could stand in our path?
May discipline empower you,
Vena Feyranti
