Hail Celest,

I come to you all with a competition I have been preparing for a short
time now. With the fall of our cultural status we find ourselves craving
a new cultural drive, a drive which, until now was rather an unpaid
drive but no more!

The Contest:

Twice a year the persons who have brought in the most scholars and bards
over the previous 6 months will be rewarded with a prize! I will
personally go through the power logs each weave and record who has
gathered what and the winners will be announced bi-annually.

The Prizes:

1st Place - 15,000 gold
2nd Place - 10,000 gold
3rd Place - 5,000 gold

The Rules:

Bringing in a Scholar will earn you 1 point - to bring in a scholar say
to them that you will lead them to a Great Library and they will follow
you allowing you to take them to the library of New Celest.

Bringing in a Bard will earn you 2 points - to bring in a bard say to
them that you will lead them to a World Theatre/Stage and they will
follow you allowing you to take them to the stage of New Celest.

It's that simple. Lots of money for minimal effort, all of which helps
to raise our culture. Needless to say we should already be bringing
scholars and bards to our City daily, but I understand motivation to do
so is very scarce at the moment.

The first prizes will be awarded in Dvarsh.
