Earlier this month Creslin received the following message from Xenthos:

Greetings. We are having a slight situation with Talkan. He entered the
Glomdoring while infected, and refused to leave, endangering members of
our Forest. We ended up having to enemy him to the Glomdoring due to his
behaviour, and
according to the Treaty's "All visitors to each organization will be
expected to behave themselves appropriately. If they are disrespectful /
rude, they can of course be asked to leave. Anybody who is asked to
leave is expected to depart and not
return without permission from the ruling Council/Court." He completely
refused and had to be enemied, as I stated earlier. He began making
demands of the Glomdoring Forest shortly after, during which time he was
told that we would not speak with
him further until the infection was cured. We were under the impression
that this abysmal behaviour was due to the Plague. Unfortunately, now
that it is cured, he is still being just as demanding and abrasive as
before. He has no remorse for his
actions, and he has as much as told me that what he did while infected
were his own actions and not ones caused by the Plague. As such, I am
reporting this as a violation of the Treaty. As a note, I believe this
would be his third violation.
