No longer caring about any other politics within the Basin, the dwarves of Rockholm declare themselves free and no longer under the sphere of influence of the Collective of Serenwilde, and the dwarves of Southgard declare themselves free and no longer under the sphere of influence of the Righteous Grand Duchy of New Celest.
