No longer caring about any other politics within the Basin, the dwarves of Rockholm declare themselves free and no longer under the sphere of influence of the Grand Province of New Celest, and the dwarves of Southgard declare themselves free and no longer under the sphere of influence of the Alliance of Serenwilde.

Meanwhile, the undead masters of Angkrag have foresaken the Dominion of Magnagora in order to focus their attention upon taking advantage of the dwarves during this time of upheaval and chaos.
