This week will see the conversion of two more afflictions to the
overhaul system: confusion and recklessness. Both will be mental
afflictions, cured by lucidity slush potion.

Recklessness will also replace the vapours affliction; all instances
where vapours is applied will afflict instead with recklessness.

Confusion will replace agoraphobia, with the same setup as above.
Further, confusion will replace amplifyphobia for Loralaria's
violetvibrato and amplifyphobia in Telepathy will be disabled for the
time being.
