After the previous announcement, some discussion came up regarding
aspects of the warrior/gear/physaffs rollout. As such the following
updates and clarifications to the upcoming release are being made:

o Amputated and mangled limbs are being rolled into the new mutliated
limb afflictions, while regular broken limbs are replaced by the damaged
limb afflictions.
o Any other limb afflictions tied to monks will be handled separately
from this update (e.g. twisted limbs, etc).
o Damaged limbs will always cure instantly, regardless of wound state
(similar to how mutilated limbs always have the maximum cure delay).
This does not apply to any of the head, chest, or gut afflictions.
o Asthma, anorexia, slickness, collapsedlung, and crushedchest will be
converted to their Overhaul counterparts.
o Slitthroat and crushedwindpipe will remain for the present, existing
alongside damagedthroat from warriors until monks are addressed.
o Damagedskull will replace fracturedskull.

Additionally, monk wounding will be removed in the short term, so as to
only have one wound mechanic in place at a time. As this is a last
minute, non-trivial update it may be delayed some from the rest of the
roll-out. Any abilities affected by this will be adjusted as necessary,
and monk damage will be adjusted to compensate as well. Monk wounding,
and monks in general, will be addressed more fully for the Overhaul
following the warrior release.
