Information on the Seal of Beauty

Many of you will have noted that on February 2nd, 2008, the Sealbearer
of Beauty will be announced.

Since the Seal of Beauty's method of competition is somewhat different
than that of others, we wish to lay out the rules and the procedures now
so everyone has ample time to prepare for it.

1) Each cartel is allowed to send in ONE of their designs to the
Charites, either public or cartel-specific. This design may have already
been approved or may be newly submitted for this competition. The
creator of the design deemed most beautiful will bear the Seal of
Beauty.

2) Those wishing to participate in the competition must contact a
Trademaster of a cartel, as they are the ones who determine what design
to send in.

3) Trademasters, please message the Charites the design number of the
item the cartel wishes to submit, and more importantly, WHO designed
that item, as it does not necessarily have to be the Trademaster. In the
end, it is the creator of the winning design itself that will bear the
actual Seal.

4) Even if a design is newly submitted for the Seal of Beauty, please do
NOT mention that fact on the comments of the design itself, but still
MESSAGE the Charites as above.

5) IMPORTANT: New designs made for the sole sake of this competition
should NOT be submitted until after January 26th, a week before the
Sealbearer will be announced. One extra design slot will be given to
each cartel when the time approaches.

6) If a person has made designs in multiple cartels, it is OK for more
than one of that person's designs to be sent in for judging, if the
cartels each individually decide to send in the person's designs.

Another reminder, as well as any other information, will be given at a
time closer to the choosing of the Sealbearer. Good luck everyone!
