Major Knight Changes

The variables that power knight code were rewritten to make it easier to
fit into the damage formulas used by other IRE games. So note before    
judging the balance: what we have here for damage is about on par with  
other IRE games. (It's actually just slightly under, but our master     
weapons average about level 1 artifact level, so it probably balances   
out.)                                                                   
 
The biggest change is in the weapon damage stat. This will have a much  
more drastic impact than before. Thus if you use a hammer or rapier, you
might not notice much difference. If you use one of the other weapons,  
you should notice a big difference.
