Here are the last of the envoy changes from the latest mini report:

-Conclave should now work for Moon and Night covens.
-Karma is gained from imbuing items, not offering them.
-Mounts are now tougher to kill.
-Some discretionary powers have changed: Flux on the elemental planes
have a chance of hitting people with waves or tremors (ground level
only), ripple on the cosmic plane has a chance of stunning (ground level
only), liveforest on the ethereal planes entangle at ground or in the
trees (only).

Regarding the discretionary power changes, there were some comments that
it was "too hard to raid" because they don't hit everyone at once, thus
making it more difficult to move large groups around. However,
discretionary powers are meant to be used and meant to be especially
powerful against groups (after all, invasion is what they're meant to
work against). The rather ridiculous claims that these powers will
encourage people to invade at off times (as though that doesn't happen
now) or that it will "discourage" conflict off-planes are spurious at
best. Anyway, though I know some of you are itching to tear us apart on
the forums over this, I encourage everyone to give it some time and work
out invasion strategies that will work (because I know you can).
