The last actual skill (there are some miscellaneous changes left in the
envoy reports) to be changed due to the envoy reports, here is
Astrology.

- For Astrologers only, the duration of spheres has been doubled. Those
without the Astrology skill will keep the current duration.
- The maximum power cost for a sphere has been lowered to 5.
- The damage caused by Sun (in all types) has been increased greatly.
- When Eroee is used with the cardinal signs, it will no longer cause
the justice affliction, but now sensitivity.
- When Tarox is used with the cardinal signs, it will no longer cause
burning, but now recklessness.
- The health, mana and ego curses caused by Papaxi will now reduce the
maximum health, mana or ego by 20% rather than 10%.
- Stellium's power cost has been reduced to 2.
- A new ability has been added at Transcendent - Constellation.
