A demesne-level spell will now only impact the immediate area that the
mage stands in. Thus if your demesne reaches from Celest to Delport, you
can't attack influencers in Delport while standing behind guards in
Celest. You would have to stand in Delport itself to impact those
fighting in Delport. The AB help files should be updated to reflect
this.
