o Aerochemantics - Static effect has been changed to tick every 9-12
seconds, dealing damage based on timewarp. A DISCHARGE syntax has been
added to target a player and deal damage to them immediately, disabling
the ticks for a time. REPORT 1565.

o A portal will appear after delay during a domoth's second stage at its
respective seal, leading to the dock area of the bubble it is on. REPORT
1569.

o Bonds now prevents magical movement in both directions, and can be
seen in the room it exists in. REPORT 1570.

o Wicca Toadcurse credits the curser with the kill rather than the
stomper now. REPORT 1573.

o Fire spreading and vines have been removed. Astrology - Meteorstorm
will no longer cause fires in the room it lands in. REPORT 1575.

o The ability to cut trees before their elder stage has been removed and
the growth stages changed. Power generated by sacred trees removed.
Essence-carrying beasts on Ethereal Glomdoring and Ethereal Serenwilde
now exist permanently in their respective planes rather than requiring
summoning. REPORT 1580.

o New skill: Bookbinding - Notepads. Contains 10 pages, may be written
to normally or instantly without a desk with WRITE NOTE [ON <notepad>]
[ON PAGE <page>] <text>. You may TEAR SHEET <page> FROM <notepad> to
receive that page with its contents as an item which will last for 7
months before decaying, rendering that page of the notepad empty and
unusable.
