I present to you all a batch of envoy reports. There are more in the
pipeline, but here is a taste to whet your appetite:

- Enemy territory death penalty for demigod+ has been changed (see
following post).
- Replace Dramaturgy ANOREXIA with ASTHMA.
- Totems and artifact SCENT may now be used prone.
- Starhymn PROCESSIONAL no longer regens willpower/endurance, but
instead provides small boosts to satiety and wakefullness, and has a
chance to reduce alcohol intoxication.
- Aquachemantics HUMID now deals paranoia instead of recklessness.
- Plant dormancy now removes herbs from the plant rather than destroying
the plant outright.
- Part of the previous report was to add a chance of automatically
spawning plants in eligible rooms without them. This should already be
the case, albeit with a very low chance. I'll keep an eye on this and
make sure it's actually working and up the chance for spawning if
needed.
- Slush, ice, steam, dust, healing (potion), and sparkleberry balance
are now included in GMCP Char.Vitals, under those names.
- Pyrochemantics EMBERDANCE now does damage regardless of whether the
target is ablaze, and the base damage has been slightly increased. If
the target is ablaze, the damage will be increased by 50%, otherwise the
target is set on fire.
- A failed stage-one domoth challenge will incur only a five-minute
dormancy.
- Enchanted wands/items with enchantment runes no longer need be wielded
to use their enchantments.
- Athletics SURGE now incurs a mana malus in return for causing
TRANSMUTE to convert health to mana at a surplus.
- Nihilists and Celestines no longer consume equilibrium when using
INVEST.
- Nihilists may now use the syntax ORDER THRALL ... to control their
cosmic minion without specifying the item number.
- Celestines may now use the syntax ORDER COMPANION ... to control their
cosmic minion without specifying the item number.
- Moon MOONBURST has been moved to its own ability lower in the ability
list.
- Night NIGHTGAZE has been moved to its own ability lower in the ability
list.
- Nihilism TORTURE has had its damage increased.
- Glamours MESMERISE will now knock a target off equilibrium for a short
time, instead of causing sleep/tiredness.
