During the recent dreamworld event, we set it up so that order commands
and so forth were rendered unusable, but some critical ones were missed
early on, particularly RENOUNCE <patron>, which some people tried in
order to renounce their org's Higher God "order". Anyone who did this
before I patched in a fix, let me know and I'll do my best to get it
fixed up. If you are a member of an order of an active god, they can
also re-patron you and get you set back up where you were.
