I've just released a new batch of envoy reports, with more on the way.
Details as follows:

- Astrology TAROX will now heal or damage the astrologer when casting
spheres, depending on its alignment.

- Shadowbeat WIDOWSMERCY will now cause the bard to cause additional
bleeding with direct damage attacks. This only affects the bard playing
the song; allies do not get this benefit.

- Shadowbeat CROWCAW will now select two afflictions from its pool,
rather than always selecting epilepsy as one of its effects.

- Shadowbeat CROWCAW will now cause health damage if the target is under
25% mana.

- Minstrelry ALCOHOLFUMES will now cause ego loss, and its drunkenness
effect is now minimal.

- Minstrelry SHOTNOTE now causes a short stun, ego loss, and afflicts
with two of paranoia, hallucinations, recklessness, addition, and
stupidity.

- Minstrelry DRUNKENFOOL is now an instakill if the target is under 50%
ego. Otherwise, it causes an ego loss and a short blackout.

- Minstrelry FIREFORTE now provides a 1/8 psychic buff.

- When under the effects of Dyscrasia, Necroscream QUEENSLAMENT will now
cause damage and stun proportional to the number of plague afflictions
on the target, at a slightly higher power cost.

- The resistance abilities for the various -chemantics and -wood skills
now give a 2/8 resistance.
