A batch of envoy report updates for you all:

o Psychometabolism EnergyContainment will now grant a 1/8 magical
resistance for each locked channel.

o Psychometabolism Mindfield will now grant a 1/8 psychic resistance for
each locked channel.

o Sacraments Numen will now provide a 4/10 universal resist at a 2p
cost, lasting a fixed 35 seconds (increased to 70 seconds if using holy
light).

o The various -chemantics/-wood damage buff abilities now grant a 2/8
buff to the appropriate damage types.

o Nature Faeriefire may now be cast as NATURE FAERIEFIRE <target> QUICK
to trade the equilibrium loss for a cost of 1p.

o Athletics Hunger will no longer decrease satiation.

o The base damage for Astrology Meteor has been lowered slightly, and
the increase for each sphere has been increased (this will result in a
net increase in damage for 2+ sphere meteors, 1 sphere meteors will
remain the same).

o Harmonics Malefactgem will now afflict with asthma in place of
anorexia.

o Kata users with the Tattoos ability will now receive a 2/7 buff for
damage resistance tattoos.

o Finger and toe tattoos now have a max weight of 5.

o Neck and face tattoos now have a max weight of 10.

o Waist tattoos now have a max weight of 100.

o As a result of the previous three points, the max tattoo weight per
person is now 800.

o For all tattoos and tattoo designs of the above types, those that were
set at their max weight (2 for toes/fingers, 5 for neck/face, 75 for
waist) have been automatically converted to the new max weights. Any
that were of lower weight have not been converted, to prevent the
possibility of forcing people over weight.
