I've just loaded up the following batch of updates from the most recent
envoy report cycle. There will be a couple more from this cycle coming
up once we work some other issues out.

o The INYOKA poison now afflicts with hallucinations.
o The MELLITIN poison now afflicts with dysentery.
o Cacophony's SICKENINGPLAGUE now causes ego loss instead of hunger
drain.
o Cacophony's DYSCRASIA now causes SickeningPlauge to afflict with pox
instead of cause ego drain.
o Loralaria's FLECKEDFORTISSIMO now has a 25% chance to block lucidity
slush cures when a bloodstone is attached to the instrument. This may
fire at most once per song tick.
o Vomiting no longer has a periodic effect; instead, it will have a 33%
chance to fire on balance/equilibrium use, and if it fires will cause
damage and extend the balance/equilibrium time by half a second.
o Astrology's BUMBLEBEE spheres now affect movement celerity instead of
focus body time.
o Watery environments no longer affect cold or fire damage.
o The minor blessing for the Justice domoth now lowers karma costs for
applying karma blessings, curses, and shrine powers. This does not lower
the cost for lifting a curse, or periodic karma drains.
o The minor blessing for the Death domoth now grants +2 weighted
dexterity.
