I've just loaded up and implemented (most) of the approved envoy reports
from February 2015. A few stragglers will be implemented later on with
Overhaul updates.

Details are as follows:

o Wildarrane BLUEMOON now causes a vitals sip malus in its target,
instead of increasing focus balance times.

o When casting Astrology astrospheres, the positioning of Sidiak will
now affect the equilibrium casting time instead of the willpower cost.

o A short line now prefaces Dramaturgy scenes for the target and
witnessess.

o Athletics BREATHE will no longer affect endurance use, and insteads
provides a small celerity/movement bonus and some asphyxiation
resistance.

o The cloudcoils affliction has been removed.

o Aeromancy DYSBARICPRESSURE has been removed.

o Aeromancy NORTHWIND now causes mana loss according to the number of
mental afflictions on the target, scaling up to three afflictions.

o Aeromancy MIASMA has been moved up in the skill, taking the place of
DYSBARICPRESSURE. It is no longer a meld effect, but instead is an
active instakill for targets under 25% of max mana.

o Aerochemantics AURORA now causes mana loss instead of cloudcoils.
