Ascendant Powers Updates

I've made some small changes to the way the endgame powers system works
in regards to access to Ascendancy powers. Ascendants and Demigods
without access to an Ascension medallion should see no changes; however,
Vernal Demigods and Demigods with a medallion should find the system
both less cumbersome and more flexible, as well as having been cured of
a few obnoxious bugs. The details are as follows:
o Vernal Demigods may have an arbitrary number of Ascendancy powers in
the ephemeral state at a given time. As before, they are allowed one
power in the supernumerary (i.e. active) state. This is in contrast to
the previous mechanics where only a single Ascendancy power could be
selected, regardless of state.
o Demigod medallion-holders may have all of their seal/domoth's
associated powers in the ephemeral state, as welll as one of them in the
supernumerary state. As above, the difference here is that previous
mechanics allowed only one power, regardless of state.
o For Vernal Demigods who are also sealholders, these will stack; it is
thus possible to have two supernumerary powers from your held domoth
(e.g. HavocCry and Destruction together, weight permitting) for a War
sealholder, or a power from your associated domoth and any other
Ascendancy power.
